The FOAM RISER 2" is 14" x 4" x 24" in size.

It was designed to be placed on top of the Large Foam Block if you are 5’2” feet tall or less or if you are 5’8” - 6’0” tall. If you are taller than 5’8”, you will need a 4 Inch Foam Riser

You can also put it on top or on the back of a chair or couch or you can lie down flat on your back, and place the Riser on top of the Large Foam Block with your legs over it, keeping your hips and knees can be at a 90-degree angle during a variety of exercises. It's very helpful to use as a softer surface when you are doing any posture therapy exercises in a kneeling or hands and knees position.

Also useful for kneeling when doing Gardening.
